Pre-Approval Return Policy:

 

Vital Origin requires prior approval before any item can be returned.  Please email us with your information at: info@vitalorigin.com  It is the customer’s responsibility for return item shipping costs. Credit may be issued upon return and inspection by Vital Origin’s staff.  Opened food including dietary supplement products are not returnable.

 

There is a 20% restocking fee for returns credited back to a Credit or Debit Card account.  Sorry, no refunds, credits or exchanges will be given after Fourteen days.  Please direct any questions or concerns that you may have regarding any of our products to us via email at:  info@vitalorigin.com.
